Starting, incubating and empowering nonprofit associations
An end-to-end program to help you start a nonprofit in Saudi Arabia, then incubate and empower it: we support new associations as they build their systems, develop their work and run their projects, all the way to organizational and operational independence.
From formation to independence and sustainability
An association’s journey starts with a needs assessment and support with the formation procedures and its administrative and organizational requirements. We then work with it to build its strategic and operational plans and budget, its financial, accounting and administrative systems, and its policies and regulations in line with governance requirements.
During incubation, we train the board, staff and accountants, prepare the association’s projects and funding files, qualify it for grant platforms and funders, and support it in operations and performance monitoring. The goal is knowledge transfer, so the association can run its work independently.

Frequently asked questions about Nonprofit Formation & Incubation
Do you help with forming a nonprofit association?
Yes. We support founders from the needs assessment through the formation procedures and preparing the administrative, organizational and institutional requirements.
What does incubating an association mean?
We work alongside the new association as it builds its financial and administrative systems and governance, prepares its board and staff, develops its projects and funding files, and starts operating, until it becomes independent.
What are the stages of the incubation program?
Five stages: formation and setup, then institutional building, then training and capacity building, then projects and operations, and finally independence and sustainability.
Do you prepare the association for funders?
Yes. We prepare projects, initiatives and funding files, qualify the association for grant platforms and funder requirements, and help it develop its financial resources.
When does incubation end?
When the association can run its work independently: systems that work, qualified staff and actionable projects. We agree the incubation period with each association based on its situation.
